The essence is a certified organic condiment, handcrafted by Acetaia Oddolini and aged since 2019 in oak barrels at our vinegar factory in the Modena province.

It contains no artificial colorants or preservatives, is gluten-free, and is mainly made from typical grapes of the Modena region, such as Lambrusco and Trebbiano.

Designed for everyday use, it comes from Italian organic farming. The entire production chain is controlled by Acetaia Oddolini to ensure the quality of the raw materials.
