Art. 1 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the products listed in Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, including:

Goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
Sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened after delivery, due to health or hygiene reasons.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the total amount the consumer must pay is less than 50 euros, unless the consumer has entered into multiple contracts with the seller simultaneously, and the total amount of the contracts exceeds 50 euros.

Beyond the fourteenth day from the receipt of the product, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
In the case of multiple purchases made in a single order but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit a Return request by accessing their customer area on the Alma Italica S.r.l. website and following the return order procedure. Alternatively, the Consumer can submit an explicit declaration of withdrawal or use the withdrawal form provided in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014, available on the website. The use of the form is not mandatory, but it facilitates the management of the request.

Art. 2 – Return of Goods and Refund

In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer must return the products using a carrier agreed upon with Alma Italica S.r.l. The return costs will be borne by the Customer.

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
