The essence is a certified organic condiment. handcrafted by acetaia oddolini and aged since 2019 in an oak barrel at our vinegar cellar in the province of modena.

It contains no kind of coloring or preservative. it is gluten-free and is obtained mainly from typical grapes of the province of modena such as lambrusco and trebbiano.

Designed for everyday use. it comes from organic farming of Italian origin. the entire production chain is controlled by acetaia oddolini. in order to guarantee the certainty of the raw materials.
