Returns & refunds
Art. 1 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the products indicated in Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, including:
- goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which, for hygiene reasons or reasons related to health protection, cannot be returned once opened after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the consideration the consumer must pay does not exceed 50 euros, unless the consumer has entered into multiple contracts at the same time with the seller and the total amount of the contracts exceeds 50 euros.
After the fourteenth day from receipt of the product, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised.
In the case of multiple purchases made with a single order but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit the Return request by accessing their customer area on the Alma Italica S.r.l. website and follow the order return procedure. Alternatively, they may send an explicit statement of withdrawal or use the withdrawal form provided in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014, available on the website. Use of the form is not mandatory, but it facilitates handling the request.
Art. 2 – Return of goods and refund
In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer must return the products via a carrier affiliated with Alma Italica S.r.l.. Return costs will be borne by the Customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
