    1. Parties to the Sales Contract
    The Parties to the Sales Contracts are:

    AlmaItalica S.r.l., as the Seller;
    The Consumer Buyer.
    2. Products

    2.1 – The sale concerns exclusively the Products indicated in the designated sections of the AlmaItalica S.r.l. website – electronic catalogs.

    2.2 – The Products subject to each individual contract are those established by the Parties in the offer, the order, and the order confirmation, or otherwise in communications between the Parties leading to the conclusion of the Contract.

    2.3 – The Products, type, quality, agreed quantity, shipping methods and date, packaging, and any other specific conditions negotiated between the Parties are indicated in the offer from AlmaItalica S.r.l.

    2.4 – The published photos are indicative and may not correspond to the original product.

    2.5 – The Parties declare that they have carefully examined the conditions for concluding the Contract. Restricted access to the website will allow the Buyer to review a summary of the orders placed.

    3. Sales Prices

    3.1 – All sale prices of the Products offered in the electronic catalogs on the AlmaItalica S.r.l. website, indicated in euros, include VAT.

    3.2 – Shipping and delivery costs for the Products are borne by the Buyer and are indicated in the order. These costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the order, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

    3.3 – Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer directly to AlmaItalica S.r.l.

    4. Product Availability and Orders

    4.1 – The Buyer may purchase the Products listed in the AlmaItalica S.r.l. electronic catalog, respecting the available type and/or quantity.

    4.2 – Upon receiving the order, AlmaItalica S.r.l.'s system will automatically send the Buyer a confirmation email for the order received.

    4.3 – The Buyer’s order will be fulfilled within the limits of the available Products and may be partially confirmed.

    4.4 – If some ordered Products are no longer available, AlmaItalica S.r.l. commits to contacting the Buyer within 7 days from the order date to inform them. In such cases, the order will be canceled or partially accepted.

    4.5 – In the event of order cancellation or failure to deliver, AlmaItalica S.r.l. commits to providing a refund within 14 days.

    5. Conclusion of the Contract

    5.1 – The Contract is considered concluded when the Buyer receives the order confirmation via email. The delivery of Products is subject to payment, which must be made at the time of the order.

    6. Order Cancellation

    6.1 – The Buyer has 30 minutes to revoke the order. This revocation can be made by sending an email to the support address provided by AlmaItalica S.r.l.

    6.2 – After the 30-minute period, the order will be processed by AlmaItalica S.r.l. for shipping.

    6.3 – If the order is already being shipped or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    7. Minimum Amount and Payment Terms

    7.1 – The minimum purchase amount is established by AlmaItalica S.r.l. and indicated in the online offer.

    7.2 – Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the cart and in the order confirmation emails, using the available payment systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

    7.3 – The fiscal documentation relating to the ordered Products will be issued by AlmaItalica S.r.l. upon conclusion of the contract.

    8. Delivery Methods

    8.1 – AlmaItalica S.r.l. will handle the delivery of the Products to the Buyer through trusted couriers and/or shipping agents. Delivery times will be indicated in the order confirmation email.

    8.2 – The goods will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the order or as otherwise agreed between the Parties. In the absence of explicit instructions, delivery will be made to the address associated with the Buyer’s account on the website.

    8.3 – If the Buyer is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left to contact the courier and arrange a new delivery. In this case, the risk of product deterioration will be borne by the Buyer.

    8.4 – The Parties may agree on alternative delivery methods, such as direct collection from a sales point.

    8.5 – The risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.

    8.6 – The Buyer must check the condition of the goods upon delivery and report any damages to the courier.

    9. Role and Responsibility of AlmaItalica S.r.l.

    9.1 – AlmaItalica S.r.l. commits to keeping the information about Products and sales conditions on the website accurate and up to date. AlmaItalica S.r.l. is responsible for any discrepancies between the published information and the delivered Products.

    9.2 – The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty within 14 days of receiving the Products, except for goods that are not subject to withdrawal (e.g., customized or sealed products for hygienic reasons).

    9.3 – In the case of defects or non-conformity of the Products, the Buyer may choose between:

    Repair or replacement of the Product;
    Price reduction;
    Contract termination and refund.
    10. Legal Warranty

    10.1 – AlmaItalica S.r.l. is responsible for any conformity defects in the Products that arise within 2 years of delivery. The Buyer must report the defect within 2 months of discovering it.

    10.2 – The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
