MILLEFIORI HONEY
Our Millefiori honey is produced exclusively by hand at our small farm, nestled in the untouched greenery of Tuscany’s Maremma.
Our work involves collecting the excess honey stored by our bees in the supers. What they have sealed inside their cells is transferred into glass jars. The honey undergoes no treatments and, after extraction, it is filtered to remove impurities and small pieces of wax. We let it rest for about 20 days before it can be jarred.
We take care of the bees ourselves, from collection to jarring, to ensure the naturalness and authenticity of all our products.
CHESTNUT HONEY
Chestnut honey is characterized by a dark amber color and a strong, distinct flavor. It is rich in fructose and has antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.
It is collected by our bees during June and July at the foot of Mount Amiata. It is particularly appreciated when paired with aged cheeses.
