Organic spelt pasta, produced with organic flours, stone ground, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature.
The main feature of stone grinding is to grind the whole grain of wheat with a low processing speed that reduces the overheating of the millstones and therefore of the flours without affecting their lipid-vitamin properties. This pasta has a higher fiber and mineral content than industrial pasta, is more balanced and has a lower glycemic index.
